Designing for both small intimate affairs to large-scale events, we create unique event designs that reimagine and reinvigorate public spaces.
Event Production
WNYG’s are specialists in Event Production and Technical Support, means we’re able to provide you with one point of contact who will oversee the logistical management and work with you every step of the way. We have one of the best creative and production directors in Australia. Barney takes pride in realising your vision to its fullest potential. His able to visualise a concept, not only designs the experience but presents it in 3D visualisations – that can even be seen, fully realised in VR, prior to even building the event, exhibition or activation space.
Incentive Travel

We deliver successful programs that are invaluable for building strong connections within your company, whilst driving and rewarding performance. The team at WNYG ensure end to end management including; program development, budget management, registration management, travel and destination management, complete end-to-end fulfilment and on-site management.
Entertainment
With our extensive history in entertainment and speaker management, WNYG can coordinate speaker logistics with ease. We utilise our extensive database to find the perfect entertainment or speaker for your event, whilst coordinating all speaker entitlements including travel, accommodation, equipment for the day and grants. We’ve had keynote speakers from Rove McManus and Karl Stefanovic to the likes of Omar Johnson and Julie Bishop.
Onsite Management
The team at WNYG will be on site throughout the entire event process – from bump in to bump out! There are many factors that come into play on the day of the event, so we will be there to ensure everything goes exactly to plan. Managing all your registration needs, to minute to minute planning, we establish the seamless commencement of your event. With the pre-event planning, the attention to detail, and the onsite implementation, our team leaves nothing to chance.
