Ben Sciberras, Founder & Director of Whole Nine Yard Group is a passionate and outgoing leader in his field.

With a portfolio of achievements and vast experience that spans well over a decade, Ben has redefined the client-relationship process by taking a personal and genuine approach to each client’s needs, delivering successful outcomes time and time again.


Background

It all began in the world of Hotels where Ben was first exposed to corporate hospitality through the Hilton Hotel Group. Almost 7 years there saw Ben excel and become a leader, first establishing himself in operations and then moving into the event management and sales field. He later moved on to the iconic 5-star InterContinental Hotel Melbourne at the Rialto, where over a short period he had many accomplishments and led the team to new heights.

Having reached his potential there and wanting to expand his experience, Ben moved on to one of the leading event companies in Australia, The Atlantic Group. In just 4 years Ben was highly sought after and involved in organising over 1,000 events that included product launches, gala dinners, conferences and a number of sporting events such as Melbourne Cup Carnival, AFL All Australian and many more.

In 2014 Ben saw a great opportunity to team up with Gary Mehigan and create Big Kitchen Events (BKE). A boutique catering and events business that saw BKE challenge some of the longest standing caterers in Melbourne. This business acumen provided Ben with the necessary tools and knowledge not only in catering, but in bringing complete events together, styling and project management.

In 2015, Ben took the leap and WNYG was founded. Since then the Group has already established itself on the main stage, in local, national and soon to be, international markets. With Ben’s impressive experience and eclectic exposure, the Company will continue to deliver distinguished events with the whole nine yards!
